This full-time position will be working hands-on in the field assisting Kiers’ site team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely submittals and submittal logs, change order logs, document management, maintaining project schedules, scheduling construction meetings, assisting with management of subcontractors, tracking completion milestones..., conducting walk-throughs and developing punch lists, documenting job site activity, participating in safety procedures, and completion of project close-out documents.
