New England Design & Construction - Boston, MA - The Role of the Production Manager The Production Manager oversees the production of each and every project that our company completes, which is anywhere between 2 and 5concurrent projects, with between 20-25 projects per year. They directly supervise field staff, and report to the CEO. Specific responsibilities include pre-construction, creating and revising project schedules and production goals, managing material and site logistics, site supervision and inspection, supervision of field staff..., and application of all production related paperwork and processes. The Production Manager bridges the gap between our design team and our construction team, lending construction expertise to our designs and managing the execution of each project through our Lead Carpenter system, in order for it to be on time and on budget.
